Do you need help?
I think I lost my mind just recently, must of been something to do with the hot sun I had in my recent trip to South Africa.
But I was sitting down about 2 weeks ago with my wife discussing how I can help more people to really get started in their business within the next 12 months.
I am getting more and more support tickets each month all about the real basics of making money online and we have started to see more replies back from our basics Internet Marketing book that
talks about getting started.

They may not seem like much to you right now, but for these people at the time, when that lightbulb does really do off in their head on how they can make some income from the web, it can be a major
turning point in their lives.
Some people are making just a little cash per month, like $100-$500 to add to their income.
Others are now making a few thousand per month, enough to quit their regular jobs.
It really does not matter where you are at this point, if you want to make a few dollars more, or get set to really work at home full time in your own business, then maybe we should talk?
The reason for my intro is this: My idea is to start to help people that want to be helped, and those
that just want everything for nothing but do not want to actually learn or do anything, they are welcome at my sites, but I just cannot help you personally.
So here is what I came up with.
A full coaching program that will guide you through all the basics of getting started. It combines content, video, live calls, one to one coaching and more.
Please note this is NOT your typical coaching program where I only show you my products and give you a small piece of the puzzle. This program will have you up and running where you will have your very own website, newsletter, list building program, content and sales within your first month.
There is going to be a catch. At each stage of the training you will have tasks to complete after seeing the training section. If you do not complete it, you lose your place in the coaching.
That seems very fair to me, because you then get to work alongside those other people that really want this as much as you do, and do not get pulled down by people who just cannot be bothered.
I am going to get tough on this, because I only want to help people to make money that are really 100% genuine about wanting to success online. I can only help so many people personally at any given point, so this way we only keep in those that are committed.
On our personal one to one calls, you can ask anything you like about Internet Marketing and your business. But I am going to focus you on the job at hand, so you do not fail!
So before you jump in to make a comment on this thread, please think long and hard. If you have nothing positive to add, please do not!

I can tell you this much.
The program is already done and written. I am finishing up the first of the 25 videos this week.
The call structure is in place, the worksheets you will use, everything is ready to launch for our first group.
I have already set the price (and this will not change), but I am not going to put all my time into this if you really do not want to learn how to make money on the Internet. I can just focus on launching my
next 2 sites before Christmas 
So please think about it in detail.
I will be placing the sign up link to the project on this blog post in the next 2 weeks. But I wanted to get your honest feedback first.
If you are fed up of hype, hacked off at being spun B.S, tried some high end coaching products and got nowhere, or maybe made a few dollars and are now ready to ramp up your position, please share your thoughts.
Just to be clear! I can only help 15-20 people at a time. The courses will not contain more than this amount. The reason is that I will be speaking to you on one to one calls over skype, so I will need to ensure you get the time you need.

Hello Martin,
Your coaching plan sounds good and I would be greatly interested
but not this time.
I am having strange things going wrong with my computer just now and I don’t feel that I could do any kind of a job for you or for myself.
The worst of the problems is my keyboard…it does not space and
i have to strike the keys several times at intervals chosen by the
keyboard! Also, my sound does not work,so if I have a movie or
video on my screen, I have no sound with it.
So, you will understand if I figure that I need to take care of
this business before I begin to work on improving my 80 year old
mind!!

I think it would be useful to discuss the level of time-commitment needed, however specifying a time, I guess, is pretty impossible because of the wide variety of backgrounds people come from.
I bought one of the high-end coaching programs you mention and was told I needed to commit 10hrs per week, which sounded very achievable. However, what I could achieve in 10hrs was far less than what was needed. I spent much longer than the 10hrs a week, over about 3months, but only achieved a handful of sales.
The material was good and I still have it to work through, so it may all come right in the end, but there’s so much hype out there suggesting you can get your website up and be making money in hours! NOT meaning yours.
I had loads of enthusiasm, some of the skills already needed, including basic HTML editing, but I’d totally underestimated the time I would need to commit.
Anyway, I hope that’s a useful comment and I wish all your participants much success.

Many thanks for your well thought out comments, it is appreciated and a very valid comment.
The problem with coaching is that you cannot cover everyone. As you very well pointed out, people come from different levels already and some will find things easy, others will struggle to fit it into the time laid out.
The other issue for coaching is that if you let it run indefinately, people will often put things off, finding other things to do, or you will end up charging a fortune to someone as they take months to complete a course.
The way I have worked around this to a point is as follows. People will get access to a password protected membership area. In this area, you will be able to access video training that walks you through the steps you need to take in your business.
You will also gain access to the live calls, and the one on one coaching for the one month of the “live” training. But the greatest part of all is that you are not left high and dry afterwards. You will be able to ask questions via our support desk (with a special desk dedicated to trainees).
You will keep your membership area access where you can learn from going back over videos at every step until you complete what you need to apply to your business.
What I aim to do in the one month coaching is to show people how simple it can actually be to make a start online and get something up and running that can actually make you money. What I cannot promise is how much you will make. Some may build to say $1,000.00 very quickly, others may take a few months. But ultimately it is to show you how things can be done if you focus on one thing.
The great part is that I will help you to build a network of support around you from an early level, and also show you how you can work with others to build a business if you want to.
The aim is to teach how to make money from the web, not how to get rich quickly (it does not happen).
Timeframe to commit in the first month I would recommend would be 2 hours per night and then 5 hours at weekends. That will make it easier for you to make a good start.
With the video area and members area open to you on an ongoing basis, it will mean that you will set the timeframe ultimately, but I will also hold you to certain tasks before letting you move on. The reason I do this is that you must have an action plan to follow and stick to it, even if you think it is not important at the time.
Here is something that is so simple, yet most people fail to apply it.

Captivating site with a call to action
Quality Content
Lead Capture Point
Strong follow up and quality content with new calls to action
+ Targeted Traffic
= Sales
Plus it does not end there. You have an entire process to follow from
that point, as the first point of signup and even first sale is only
the beginning of the life cycle of your customer.
A good and happy customer can become your best affiliate. With the right
training and support they can become an ambassador to your brand and also a super affiliate. This in turn makes them happy, your customers happy and in the end you happy with new sales you would never get on your own.
This course will show you how you can achieve this.
